Ron Kurtz is an experienced attorney and business executive with a diverse background in the legal and operational aspects of numerous and varied enterprises. Adept at balancing the goals and needs of clients while navigating the nuances of the legal system, business relationships, private equity, institutional lenders, insurers, vendors and regulatory agencies.
Dr. Richard Gendler holds three law degrees, including a JSD (Doctor of Science of Law), the PhD equivalent in law and the most advanced law degree, an LL.M (Masters of Law) and a J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence). He is a Professor of Business Law and Ethics and Business Law Coordinator at the Florida Atlantic University School of Business. Dr. Gendler is also Co-Faculty Director of Thomas Jefferson School Law's JSD program, serves on the Florida Bar Law Education Committee, a Florida Bar Grievance Comittee, and has published numerous scholarly articles.
